Auto-rotation not working

While auto rotation is not working, you can rotate your screen by:

If you are in tablet_mode:

• Use this android app: azw413/ChromeOSRotate: Android App to rotate orientation on Chrome Tablets

If you are not in tablet_mode:

• Ctrl+Shift+Reload (Ctrl+Shift+Super(Win)+F3)

It seems that we need to somewhat modify those files.

Addressed this issue by using compat driver: https://github.com/kitakar5525/linux-surface-kernel/commit/61c29c7eda0f28704c5137a557e77f3af954b46c (thanks to sebanc)
