Merge flipper plugin repo #102

Overview

This PR will merge https://github.com/kitakkun/flipper-plugin-back-in-time into this repository.

Why do we need this change?

we want to use events defined in the Kotlin module from the Flipper plugin. The event definitions were duplicated between this repo and the flipper repo.
we can easily break debugger compatibilities because of the internal changes in the compiler. The compiler implementation and the debugging tool implementation should be synchronously managed.

Additional changes for merging

This PR includes a merge commit of the Flipper repo and commits that fix some existing issues.

Since #96, the debugger features has been broken. This PR partially fixes this problem. (Note that not all of the issues are fixed. We will make sure the debugger works appropriately in other PRs)

Known Issues

Edited value can't be set because the debugger sends the wrong property name(non-fqName). This problem will be fixed with #101.
