Add install recipe for forego #104

I have concerns about homebrewalt. This cookbook specifically seems of split mind as to whether it needs homebrew or homebrewalt. Some recipes use homebrew_tap lwrp, which doesn't work with homebrewalt.

I renamed it a while back, still have not had the time to fix them all (mostly recipes i don't use myself)

I'm not familiar enough with the differences. Would you mind helping me understand why it's necessary to maintain a fork? It make me a little uncomfortable.

the opscode one is not working properly, it was always a fork to make it work, just with the same name. When i cleaned it up further, i renamed it to make that clear.
