Release a 0.0.2 version #74

There have been a few bug fixes since 0.0.1, and a bit of extra functionality (thanks!). Would it be easy/possible to make a 0.0.2 release in the next few days do you think, @kitchensjn ?

It would be pretty helpful to release a new 0.0.2 version with #83 and #84 merged, if possible this week, for my workshop. Might you have time to do that @kitchensjn? No need to think about anything to fix #79 unless there's an easy solution?
