"kite disabled" VSCODE #433

I installed Kite but Is unable to use it with Javascript with VSCode, when I am running VSCODE the right bottom just displays: kite:disabled. How do I enable it?

I also have the same issue and hovering over the message displays: "Javascript completions are disabled". I don't know what that means since all related settings are already enabled.

Are you guys still experiencing this issue after updating Kite to the latest version?

If so, can you give an example of a full file path you are coding in that gives the kite: disabled message?

version v0.141.0 has this issue and version v0.140.0 DONT...
