Kite seems not to be working in Jupyter Notebook with Chrome. #443

Hello,

I have installed all of the required software and packages for Kite to work, but when i start jupyter notebook with a Python3 file, it makes no difference as if i haven't installed anything. How can i make Kite work in Jupyter notebook?

How do you know Kite isn't working? Do you see a Kite icon in JupyterLab? Is the Kite icon showing but you're just not getting completions?

Did you save the Python file with a .py file extension?

Are there any errors in Chrome's JS console when you load JupyterLab?

From the title, it sounds like you are trying to use Kite with Jupyter Notebook. Kite does not work with Notebook, the plugin only exists for Jupyter Lab. If you could verify that you are using Jupyter Lab and not Jupyter Notebook, that would be useful.

Yes, i was trying to make Kite work with Jupyter notebook, if Kite is not working with notebook i was just on a wild goose chase. Thanks a lot for the info ;)
