Checkins tab crashes on attempted scroll

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Switch to "Friends" tab
2. Select a friend (popover)
3. Select the venue they recently checked in to ("Last seen")
4. From that venue screen select "Checkins"
5. If not enough content to scroll, drag finger down the screen 
6. Boom.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect no response or feedback (since there's nothing to scroll).

Instead, the application 'has stopped unexpectedly' (Force close)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

foursquared: Latest (8/30/09)
Android: Cupcake (1.5)
Hardware: G1 Development Unit

Definitely critical as you cannot see both Mayor and Recent Checkins in 
landscape mode (and try to scroll)
