Tips screen is blank when no tips present

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select a venue with no tips
2. Switch to the tips tab
3. Blank space below the 'tips' divider

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect a helpful message "No tips yet, be the first!"

Instead, blankspace (did they not load? is this intentionally blank?)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest (8/30/09)
Cupcake (1.5)
G1 Dev Unit
