[Enhancement] Ability to turn on/off battery indicator

I'd like to be able to turn the battery indicator on and off so I can have a cleaner gaming experience.

Possibly bind this to MODE + left/right on the d-pad?

This isn't the full implementation, as it's not the simplest to change, but i have put some stuff in place to work on it: https://github.com/kiteretro/Circuit-Sword/wiki/Configure-HUD#hiding-the-battery-icon
