New config improvements from pi #48

New cs-configure.py allows changing of joystick calibration and axis invert and a few other settings from the pi itself. Best done over SSH :)

Note for anyone reading this, if you are using a Circuit-Sword hardware version "V1.1E" you will need to update the arduino code first. If you have "V1.2A" or above, no update needed!
