[Next] DPI-CLONER is always running, it would be good if it only ran when HDMI was connected.. #6

Need to investigate a menu option, or some kind of Hot Plug Detect (HPD) which should be on GPIO46

Fixed (somewhat) in https://github.com/kiteretro/Circuit-Sword/releases/tag/v1.3.0 where DPI cloner only runs when the internal LCD is enabled..
