[Enhancement] Kite Boot Logo configurable options #80

-Having the option to change the time the logo is shown while boot, to not fade in to the splashscreen. -Have the option to set the same image as splash screen, to have a clean boot up screen with only two images (Kite Logo & ES Logo)
