Bluetooth Support #92

Merged into a feature branch for now, I need to spend a bit more time working on it and it seemed easier this way! I'll be working on this today, see how it goes! Thanks for all your hard work btw!

The only thing that likely won't work is if you 'reboot' it will not come back online. You have to shutdown fully and then power back up (in order to reset the BT chip.. CS boards over V1.3C solve this and DO work for a reboot)

took me a while to discover this branch but the Bluetooth on my circuit sword is working now.

How can I bring it back up once rebooting to HDMI? Do I need to modify the PCB or can it be done through software?
