Can you upload kitodo: kitodo-demo to Packagist for automatic installation with composer?

Registering the package with packagist would be my part, but someone has to fix the composer.json file first. It is missing crucial information like dependencies and TER constraints (see https://docs.typo3.org/m/typo3/reference-coreapi/master/en-us/ExtensionArchitecture/ComposerJson/Index.html).

I have reworked the composer.json file (see #29), since no one else has done it, but I am not a specialist in Composer. At the same time I increased the Typo3 version. It can be that for this still further adjustments are necessary. #29
