Building and testing of documentation are still triggered by push and pull_request event
Additionally the documentation is deployed to GitHub Pages when master branch is changed

This looks fine, but I need to register a new sub-domain for GitHub Pages first. I'll come back to this PR as soon as this is done.

@sebastian-meyer My opinion is that you don't need to do anything else. It works automatically. At least it did in the DFG viewer.

It should then automatically be generated under http://kitodo.github.io/kitodo-presentation
