Add Core Infrastructure Initiative (CII) badge #753

The Core Infrastructure Initiative (CII) badge documents how the project follows best practices. It is a good way to self-certify and show that we have achieved (and also where some work remains to be done). This is different to existing badges which automatically document the results of CI. The CII badge can be shown on Open Hub.

I suggest to add a badge for Kitodo.Production.

Unfortunately the fullfillment of most of the issues are not possible, due to the missing manpower in our project. e.g. "Das Projekts MUSS mindestens binnen 14 Tagen, auf jeden in den letzten 6 Monaten erhaltenen Anfälligkeitsbericht, reagieren." We probably do that, but we cannot commit to this.

Who is checking these things? Is it an automatism? If a person is checking it by hand, someone need to maintain these things, which we are not able to. if it IS an automatism, how for example does it check for: "Das Projekt MUSS Referenzdokumentationen enthalten," We do have a documentation, but it is not direktly linked to the git repository. Or is a Javadoc enough here?

As far as I can see, this only leads to the display of a progress bar to what extent we meet these requirements. But it doesn't have to reach 100%. At the moment it is only 29% (and cannot be edited), so I do not think it's a good advertisement for us.

I suggest closing this ticket unless there is progress that is not yet registered here.
