Remove old changelog comments #42

Some are wrong, many are outdated and all are superfluous because the full history is available in git.

Remove also todo log comments if there are no todo items.

Full history is not available in GIT as only commits since 15.10.2010 (dd.mm.yyyy) are in GIT. Older changes are lost in source version control migration. But I think this really old change log entries could be removed.

The full history is either in the git commit messages or in the old versions (git can restore the code with CHANGELOG if anybody wants to see it), so nothing gets lost when this PR is merged.
