Title in Xamarin Studio is wrong #13

Still showing MonoDevelop.Tizen where it should show "Tizen development", in-line with the existing Xamarin add-ins.

All the other text changes are looking great, though! So close to done. I think I should be able to push the add-in soon, eh? We need to get to final configuration names, but I think that is about the only thing which will affect the add-in.
