Creating the Multiverse-Adventure template with the current (destroyed) world? There's no sense in doing that. The template needs to be created with a clean/undestroyed world. (/mva enable {world])

This is wrong. This line is there to make sure that the world is added to MVA.

Wait, i see what you mean. This should actually be placed in beginGame, not removed.
