I think we need a few more details on these, how they are different from each other. Maybe we need seperate categories. Upverter seems quite different to TinkerCAD. (Is Upverter still going btw. since they were aquired?)

I only know of them but don't use them; I started with OrCAD (just pre-Cadence) in precision positioning industrial products at a still existent company once upon a time, in a dotcom era far, far away. These days, I primarily make boards for curiosity.
