Description

Tha handlich of tasks and direct cluster interaction have to be a bit re-ordered.

Acceptance Criteria

it is possible in task-mode to:
- create train-tasks
- create request-tasks
- create checkpoints
- checkpoint restore is not possible anymore in task-mode
it is possible in direct-mode to:
- create checkpoints
- restore checkpoints
- interact directly with the cluster
