Layout basics #28

The layout is not completely done, but the beginnings of it are there. Still needs a lot of navigation buttons in the top navigation bar and the search bar, and the categories links don't function yet, but enough of it is done that you guys can start playing around with how your models' views look in it.

Also, there's some commented-out stuff in the application.html.css file in layouts, but I'd like to keep it there for now. It's nice to toggle how all the headers and paragraphs look for future revisions. (I'll probably remove it before we launch to Heroku.)
