Can someone please find the bugs in our paper algorithm? There are several, and we are too exhausted to deal with this issue.

Getting started

Please see How to Make Yourself Into a Commissioning Body workbook and trace the decision points at the bottom of each page until you find an error:

If you find an error...

Note the page number and issue (e.g. infinite loop, loose end, page numbers do not match, scantron solution does not make sense, etc) in the comment section below and/or create a new issue.
