Add note to compile application for generators #112

A quick fix to #101 so that developers know to compile their application before they'll get the generators.

Coverage remained the same at 88.732% when pulling d1f7c2f816542d927af9c67c02aed71db2b78f81 on 101 into 5061f58ca2d9520e9957078dda4da4d5f1b8ad66 on master.
