Update the order and injection of files #68

This makes sure that you don't run npm install and mix deps.get on every build. The earlier shas will be cached by docker, took my average build time from ~9mins to around 3min unless I change package.json or mix

Coverage remained the same at 87.162% when pulling b61d3b1a2e70772186cfc40b23d7bb2e2b9859e9 on QuiqUpLTD:master into 184cc56ccdadcb49d32b66c20dd45216e17823e2 on kittoframework:master.
