Install Axiom. #923

We will figure out how to use this to grade channels on their popularity.

We can let Axiom do all the monitoring and then query for it using their API, effectively showing us how popular the kits, channels, and other things are.

Notably, doesn't look like they have App Router support sorted out yet.

Ya know what, I'll just manually log stuff with it when I want it. Totally agnostic to everything else. LFG
