base64 images support and noBlurScale effect plugin #46

Hi, I've finally had some time to create this pull request :)

So, here are the changes to Ga that I made for supporting base64 images and the simple plugin for supporting scale on pixel art graphics. I've also created a simple example to show these two changes in action!
