Add mp4/m4a/aac file support #33

Currently, attempting to load an 4a (mp4-audio) container file with aac-encoded audio fails with "File type not recognized: sounds/bleep.m4a". At this point in time, the file format has pretty good support: https://caniuse.com/aac
