no connect to PS3 with IP #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start PSMoveSharpTEst
2. Enter IP and Port 7899 to connect 
3. -- no answer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
PS3 should answer and should accept connections

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PS3, V3.60

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm trying to Connect via WLAN 
Ping to PS3 is working fine
While Debugging ErrorCode 10061, Socket ErrorCode: Connection Refused in 
Program.cs, line 88

Hi,

You are getting a connection refused error. Are you sure your router or Windows 
doesn't have an active firewall? The only reason the PS3 would refuse a 
connection would be if there are already 4 active connections, otherwise it 
will always take the connection.

Hi,
sorry, but i'm working local without firewall and ping is working fine. 
Is ist nessesary to start a server software on ps3?

Hi,

The PS3 needs to be running the Move.Me application. You are running Move.Me 
when you're trying to connect, right?

oh, no - I'm mot running the move.Me App. Where can I start it? Where can I get 
it? I searched for something like move.me server without success..

Hi John,

Any words on when MOVE.ME will be available? I missed the sign up opportunity 
in March but I need the MOVE.ME app badly for my research work. Is there any 
way I can still sign up for the test or get a copy of the app? Thanks a lot!
