@jpmschuler, I've never merged tag 1.0.3. into master, maybe that's why you were confused? Anyway, master now contains the proper version constraints.

Indeed, that was the initial problem. Found that. Nevertheless some small stuff still exists, like TCA not in Configuration. As soon as I have time to aggregate everything and test it I will create a meaning- and helpful pull request.
