Expand abbreviations for clarity #20

While reading I struggled to understand what CFP/PWA might be initially, so I think it might be a good idea to write those out the first time they are mentioned to make the document easier to read.

Hey @Erikmitk, thanks for the PR. I think it would be better if we list all the abbreviations on the top just so we don't have to repeat it everywhere.

Sorry, I haven’t respond earlier. I agree with you that a list would be useful, but I think the number of abbreviations is pretty small right now so that would just bloat the document right up.

Since you have merged it, I guess you see it like that too? :)
