Visually distinguish the good, the bad and the ugly #5

It is too hard right now to know which are DOs and which are DON'Ts while browsing the list. Maybe anther emoticon or perhaps with separate sections.

If I may be so bold as to propose icons:

You may preface each point with the relevant symbol. Example:

πŸ‘²πŸ½πŸŽ…πŸΎπŸ§›β€πŸ§β€πŸ‘¨πŸΌπŸ§•πŸ§šβ€ πŸ’πŸ»β€ Diversity

You would think that by now conference organizers finally figured this out, but you would be surprised.

:-1: Just don't do a conference with 80 male speakers, or 80 female speakers, or any 80 speakers of the same gender/nationality/race/age/etc.

:+1: Make sure to strike a nice balance and invite people of every geneder, nationality, race, and age. Don't discriminate on any level.
