Problem: overwriting dbf file when using save as with a different name (2) #61

This is related to issue 60 for GeoDa 1.5.12
Under the same scenario, when opening the dbf table only
(i.e., the columbus.dbf that was changed by adding the new columns)
and requesting a point shape file with the two new variables
as x, y crashes the program.
Btw, this works fine in 1.4.7
