Export to Mapinfo: crash #67

1. Open columbus.gda sample project
2. Chose Export to MapInfo and give columbus.mif as filename
3. Leave "Create a project file" checked
4. Instant crash on export.  EXC_BAD_ACCESS in ExportDataDlg.cpp line 386

Test details: GeoDa 1.5.21 on Mac OSX 10.6 in Debug mode build.

On further testing, this is a crash for every format and no need to leave 
"Create a project file" checked.

Further testing: Export results in instant crash (looks like bad table pointer) 
upon export from any format, OGR or non.
