Table date support for OGR needed #81

Currently we do not handle OGR date fields in Table.  Causes crash.

It's fixed in commit 3024. 
Note: from current test, sqlite will not handle DATE in current OGR lib 1.9.2, 
it will use STRING instead. Good thing is it will be supported in OGR lib 1.11
