Problem with dBase only project #97

1) Open a dBase file such as columbus.dbf
2) Select Save and name project something like columbus_dbf.gda
3) Close project
4) Open columbus_dbf.gda
5) make any change to table data
6) Attempt to press Save button
Error message results: Current data source format DBF is not supported by GeoDa.

Fixed in ci 3067.
Let dbf only file save by original GeoDa code. Other datasources will be saved 
using OGR
