V2, Update Docs + Issues #23

Many of the issues have been resolved in one way or another, they should be closed and documentation needs to be updated.

Just closed out a bunch of tickets + improved docs + setup of documentup docs.

While the docs are still in need of a lot of love, I think it's safe to close this out.
