• Update everything that does not require ESM (i.e. everything except for crypto-random-string)
• This fixes two dependabot failures: 1 with the version of axios, 1 with the version of set-value (this update removes the dependency altogether)

FYI @jeffk-kiva we should probably bump the major/minor version if we update a major version of nestjs as this will have a number of downstream effects: https://github.com/kiva/protocol-common/issues/56
