Phase 1 EKYC UX Fixes: Add an obvious option to close out of the final screen and start a new eKYC flow. This option should take the user to the home screen.

The current EKYC hub app (see above) has a "start new" button, but I think we should remove it from this screen and just allow people to log in and out from the main page. The ekyc that pops up after selecting the ekyc option should have a "start new" option at the top. The style of the top of this modal should just be flat white with a grey line separating the navigation from the page body instead of the dark blue header that shows up. We should still allow the user to exit from this page as well.

For the scope of this ticket, only address the short term fix, but I have included long term fix images below as well below for reference.
