Updated schedule doesn't take effect until restart #169

Melinda changed the schedule for a device at 19:15 to open for 15 mins at 19:24 the same day, and it did not open. After restart it did open.

Did this happen because we've already determined that there's no point in re-evaluating the schedule, because there was none, and updating did not change re-evaluate?
