Buildozer docs report wrong version #1738

According to top corner of Read The Docs (latest) we are up to Buildozer 0.11. According to PyPi we are up to Buildozer 1.5.0.

Correct the documents (ideally in a way that automatically updates with the setup config).

Hmmm... There is also a correctly numbered 1.5.0 version and an unnumbered stable. It is just "latest" that doesn't show the latest.

At the same time conf.py currently contains 0.11 in a couple of places, which I assumed was the source.
