i got this error when i was trying to build android apk

please read the error messages before asking for help.

you would also have seen this

raise IOError('Couldn't find a virtualenv executable, ' OSError: Couldn't find a virtualenv executable, you must install this to use p4a.

and that would have given you directions to solve it.
