🥳 Release day!

As discussed here: https://github.com/kivy/kivy-ios/issues/729 and on Discord, this is the first release of kivy-ios which uses the calendar versioning.

Ouch! The CI is failing due to the same issue we already fixed in python-for-android ( https://github.com/kivy/python-for-android/pull/2637 ).

Release locked until https://github.com/kivy/kivy-ios/pull/735 passes the CI checks and is merged. (The CHANGELOG should be updated accordingly)
