Update zbarlight recipe to 3.0, refactor #805

Probably should merge #804 first, although I'm not 100% certain - what's for sure is that I didn't try this recipe without refactored biglink, since it seems to me like it was required last time I worked on this (sooo much time ago already haha, it's more than time to PR everything!)

Can you please rebase on top of the master branch which now includes #804, so the CI can run again?
