opencv build failed with buildozer (target Android). #2302

I cannot add opencv when I build apk file with buildozer.

As far as I can tell this is the problem:

CMake Error at cmake/android/OpenCVDetectAndroidSDK.cmake:176 (message):
Android SDK Tools: OpenCV requires Android SDK Tools revision 14 or newer.

After some testing I could get it to work with adding following arguments to the opencv p4a recipe:

'-DANDROID_SDK_TOOLS_VERSION=14',
'-DANDROID_PROJECTS_SUPPORT_GRADLE=ON',

Obviously 14 is not the correct value. I'm not sure what the best way to resolve this is. I didn't dig very deep into the cmake file, but there seems to be a autodetect of the version. This seems however not to work anymore (probably because the changes of the android sdk manager?).
