add two variable

cfw:org-face-agenda-item-foreground-color
cfw:org-agenda-remove-tags-if-view

Thank you for your patch. I also consider that the default color should be a customize variable.

Well, I think the commit summary should have 2 things, default color and remove-tags switch. Is it difficult to separate the commit or modify the commit log?
