Less compile warning and more documents #36

e2wm:$pst-class-super のダミー関数を加えました。この関数が定義されてないという warning がなくなります。
prev-selected-buffer の代わりに e2wm:prev-selected-buffer を加え、 defvar で定義しました。
元の prev-selected-buffer も一応使えるようにしてあります。

問題ないようでしたので、rebaseして取り込みました。みるみるコードが綺麗になってありがとうございます！
