when i download files from web the slave refused connection , I have add reflect IP about slave and master in the local hosts. Who can help me

I must add hadoop nodes IP in hosts not my computer IP just like this :

172.18.0.4 hadoop-slave2 172.18.0.3 hadoop-slave1 172.18.0.2 hadoop-master
