All commands have a delay of 20 seconds #499

I have 4 RM mini 3 controlling 4 different airconditioners. I use the airconditioner accessory.For all 4 devices any command sent from HOME app takes around 20 seconds to execute.If i send a command via homebridge ui it works immediately.I have tried to downgrade Homebridge and the Broadlink plugin but issue is still there.The only thing i didnt downgrade was npm which i recently upgraded to 8.13.19(dont know if related though)

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to HOME app
  2. Click on accessory
  3. Set some temperature or any other command
  4. Accessory widgets show as loading for 20 seconds
  5. Command is executed

Expected behavior When changes are made to the accessory they should work in an instance as usual

Forgot to mention that I run Homebridge on a Windows 11 machine
