RM4 pro 520b is not working in the new release v4.4.12 #598

Describe the bug RM4 pro 520b is not working in the new release v4.4.12

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. autodetect device [29/05/2023 12:13:01] Homebridge v1.6.1 (HAP v0.11.1) (Homebridge Raspberry) is running on port 51487. [INFO] Adding RF Support to device e816561c782e with type 520b [29/05/2023 12:13:01] [BroadlinkRM] [DEBUG] (e816561c782e) Sending command:65 with payload: 0000000031313131313131313131313131313100000000000000000000000100000000000000000000000000000100005465737420203100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000
  2. try scan [29/05/2023 12:15:21] [BroadlinkRM] [ERROR] Learn Code (Couldn't learn code, device not found) [29/05/2023 12:15:30] [BroadlinkRM] [INFO] Learn Code (Couldn't learn code, device not found)

Raspberry Pi 4 (please complete the following information):

Same issue here, tried manually adding via ip/mac address too.

The device also won't send commands if I manually add hex codes.

IDK if I'm experiencing this 1:1, but mine doesn't even auto detect, nor manual detecting. I'm using the RM4 pro with firmware V62093.

[INFO] Adding RF Support to device XXXXXXXXX with type 520b MAC address is OK, but it didn't find the device

issue always in new v4.4.13 and v4.4.14-beta.1

I was experiencing this as well on the latest firmware of the broad link device. I manually rolled back to V62092 using this url: http://124.71.130.238/RMBL4-62092-8720-BL-FC-3389.upd.bin

Everything is working again as expected.
